Gamma Gamma History The Gamma Gamma chapter, located at Miami University in Oxford, OH, was founded in 1975 by Professor Ed Simpson. After spending the first sixteen years growing and developing as a chapter, Gamma Gamma emerged into national competition by being awarded the President's Award for Most Improved Chapter in 1993. Only five years later, the chapter was crowned as the Lewis F. Gordon Top National Chapter. Since then, Gamma Gamma has been named Top Chapter eight times in the past ten years.
