The questions will be seeking answers based upon the four major pillars:

Contribution to the Organization
Leadership Style
Teamwork
Initiative
Commitment

Remember that questions should be answered using the Context, Action, Result format.

For the first round interview, please bring your completed application. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled interview time. Please dress business professional. 

Those who advance to second round will attend a Meet the Chapter event to get to know the members. This is when you will sign up for a second round interview time. 

Those advancing will need to bring their resume, arrive 15 minutes early, and be dressed business professional.
